At Hotel Solage, we offer dishes made from carefully selected ingredients, including seafood from Beppu Bay and the Kunisaki Peninsula, and other local seasonal ingredients.
Our rice comes from the trusted Hinokihikari variety grown in Anjuin, Oita, and we prioritize using healthy vegetables, meat, eggs, tofu, and other ingredients from producers whose faces we know, ensuring both safety and quality.
