Dinner – 10 to 11 dishes including sashimi (thin slices) of live squid and other fresh seafood from the Genkai Sea.
Seafood is all natural and wild. Menu may be changed subject to season of fishes and purchase of fishes at fish market. Dishes for dinner will be served one by one on a table in your room. Hope you truly enjoy the delicacy of local foods. Breakfast – Our specialty of Asa-Karastu-Gohan including soft-dried local fishes, tofu (bean curd) drained in a colander, local eggs cooked in “Ondo Egg” (soft-boiled egg), local specialty of Gyorokke (fishes minced and steamed), Chirimen (soft dried young sardine) mixed with Sanshou (Japanese pepper) of local seasoned dried food for sprinkling on rice. Sashimi of live squid and other fresh fishes may not be available due to weather condition. |

Dinner – 10 to 12 dishes including sashimi (thin slices) of live lobster from Goto Islands、sashimi (thin slices) of live squid and other fresh fishes from the Genkai Sea and charcoal grilled Saga beef.
Dishes for dinner will be served one by one on a table at your room. Hope you truly enjoy the delicacy of local foods.
