This is our most luxurious and popular dinner course. This course features local delicacies representative of each season, all of the freshest and highest quality. Two of these rare products are spiny lobster and sea urchin, whose unique and unforgettable flavour have been enjoyed throughout history in Japan. The meals are prepared by the chef with only one thing in mind: to create the most memorable dishes imaginable with a wide variety of tastes and colours. You will not be disappointed.

It is a Japanese hot pot dish with a shoyu base, and usually consists of cooked slices of thinly-cut beef, cubes of tofu, and a variety of fresh vegetables. Looking at its physique and level of fat of these cattle which has been brought up with love and care in a deep part of a mountain
since ancient times, it is said that this is the root the Japanese cattle (Wagyu beef).

We are serving our prided Chiya Beef all year round.
There are shops that serve Chiya Beef in Niimi (Chiya beef cattle breeding ground) too,
but you can only taste the highest-grade fillet steak’s elegant flavor here, at Kifu no Sato.

This soft, tender, less fatty pink meat can blow you away as soon as it enter your mouth,
