Exclusive Chiya Beef Fillet Steak Kaiseki Course

“Chiya beef”, Okayama's pride, one of Japan's proud oldest brand beef.
Looking at its physique and level of fat of these cattle which has been brought up with love and care in a deep part of a mountain
since ancient times, it is said that this is the root the Japanese cattle (Wagyu beef).

We are serving our prided Chiya Beef all year round.
There are shops that serve Chiya Beef in Niimi (Chiya beef cattle breeding ground) too,
but you can only taste the highest-grade fillet steak’s elegant flavor here, at Kifu no Sato.

This soft, tender, less fatty pink meat can blow you away as soon as it enter your mouth,
its overflowing flavor would leave you in awe. After you have tasted it, smile would appear on your face,
your hands won’t be able to stop and you would completely forget about the time.

It’s the treasured dish of Japan, which we want you to taste it at least once in your life time.

Although meals can be taken in one of our dining halls, they may also be enjoyed in all suites and rooms except for the Japanese-style twin rooms with western beds.If you would like this service (2,200 yen per person), please inform us in advance by adding a note to the online booking form. We are sorry that we will not be able to accommodate any changes on the day of arrival.
