Luxurious kaiseki cuisine featuring "Kure Okoze"（stingfish） and "Kure Shrimp"（Shrimp）.

Kure City is one of the largest producers of oniokoze in the prefecture.
It may not look great, but it tastes great!
"Kure Okoze" is a high-end fish！
The unctuous white meat is very delicious.
Don't miss "Kure Ebi"（ from Shimokamagari-cho, Kure City, which has been the talk of the town in various media outlets.
